SIZING GUIDE:

Please measure around your dog's neck, as well as the width of the dogs collar, to ensure a perfect fit:

Extra Small:

- Bandana will fit collar width up to 1.0 cm 

- Estimate size: 12 x 9 cm

Small:

- Bandana will fit collar width up to 1.5 cm

- Estimate size: 17 x 11 cm 

Medium:

- Bandana will fit collar width up to 2.0 cm

- Estimate size: 23 x 13 cm

Large:

- Bandana will fit collar width up to 2.5 cm

- Esitmate size: 27 x 15 cm

Extra Large:

- Bandana will fit collar width up to 3.0 cm

- Estimate size: 32 x 19 cm

CARE: Machine wash cold delicate cycle, air dry flat.

To initiate a return, please email us at woofapparelsa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for mailing merchandise back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

Please note that custom and personalized orders cannot be returned because they are created just for you.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.

Orders ship within 1-5 working days (usually within 1-2 days). We ship most packages via PostNet Couriers. This typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping may take a bit longer.
