Please measure around your dog's neck, to ensure a perfect fit:

Extra Small (1):

- Collar: 350 x 10mm

- Fits neck size up to 27cm

Small (2):

- Collar: 450 x 12mm

- Fits neck size up to 37cm

Medium (3):

- Collar: 500 x 15mm

- Fits neck size up to 42cm

Large (4):

- Collar: 550 x 19mm

- Fits neck size up to 48cm

Extra Large (5):

- Collar: 560 x 22mm

- Fits neck size up to 52cm

For larger of smaller sizes as specified, please contact us. 

CARING FOR THE APPAREL: Bandana: Machine wash cold delicate cycle, air dry flat.

Collar: Wipe down with a wet cloth.

To initiate a return, please email us at woofapparelsa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for mailing merchandise back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

Please note that custom and personalized orders cannot be returned because they are created just for you.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.

Orders ship within 1-5 working days (usually within 1-2 days). We ship most packages via PostNet Couriers. This typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping may take a bit longer.
