We want you to be thrilled with your WOOF APPAREL product and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right.

To initiate a return, please email us at woofapparelsa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for mailing merchandise back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

Please note that custom and personalized orders cannot be returned because they are created just for you.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.

Orders ship within 1-5 working days (usually within 1-2 days). We ship most packages via PostNet Couriers. This typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping may take a bit longer. 

If you need your order by a certain time, please contact us and we will do our best to work within your timeframe.
